About 10-20%/week: You are on 35 mg per day. I would recommend reducing by no more than 5 mg per week. Week 1 using 10-5-15, week 2 10-0-15, week 3 10-0-10, week 4: 5-0-10, week 5: 5-0-5, week 6: 2.5-0-2.5 and week 7 just 2.5 in the morning or evening, depending on when your pain is worse. However, if you aren't treating your pain in some other way (talk to your doctor), your chances of success will be less.
