100mgm and 6mgm: Methadone 100mgm a day, I guess a solution to his bigger problem. Either as maintenance of Heroin addiction or Pain management .Half life more then 24 hours. Now Klonopin (clonazepam) 6mgm a day. again a long half life drug Your husband is in trouble, from himself. Get his MD's attention. Physician Brother will appreciate it
