I took 60mgs of methadone tues.-sat. then 30mgs sun. & mon. & 60mgs again 2day. will it be ok 4 me 2 start on suboxone thurs. morning if not then when?

Methadone : Methadone can easily last 36 hrs in healthy people. I can be found in the urine for five days after last dose. Most of us start with subutex after about 3 days titrate to effect( limited symptoms or pain control) then switch to Suboxone at that time.
