Not related: Enalapril is used for hypertension or congestive heart failure. A pacemaker is placed for symptomatic cardiac dysrhythmias. Stopping medications is usually based on clinical judgement. The placement of a permanent pacemaker usually indicates worsening function. Don't know what the cause of death was, but likely not related to the enalapril.
