Highly unlikely: There must be a reason to stop it. Such as normal or low blood pressure or acute kidney injury. You want to ask your doctor why it was stopped. This is common procedure. Usually no need to worry.

No: This medication is for hypertension and stopping it would not normally lead to sudden death.
