Very few: The indications are for slow heart rate which can be dangerous- even lethal. There are risks of implantation, but those are past. Some wire or battery failures over time. Rare perforation, infection, clots. Overall very necessary and very safe.

Few: A pacemaker is a device designed to help regulate a persons heart function by helping control the rate as well as keeping the heart beating in a regulated fashion. It is an electrical device, and is susceptible to magnetic fields as well as electricity. Otherwise, there are few limitations that you will not be able to figure out on your own.
