Abdominal Pain: You have to be more specific about where in the abdomen you are hurting and when does this happen. There are many different reasons, like peptic ulcer in which the pain is right under the ribs (epigrastric), where they meet the breast bone. Lower abdominal pain may be due to constipation or diarrhea or more acute pain from appendicitis . If you have chronic pain it is best to get checked out.
