Thanks, to give more info. the bumps pop up everywhere, theyre red when I scratch them it casuses them to burst and leave scabbes on my skin and in some spots, left scarring and skin discoloration.

I like that you are not using a shot gun approach. Most infections are run of the mill but what if it were meningtis and ignored. So like careful answer.
