Maybe a hernia : This could be a small hernia. While it may not be dangerous right now, you should have it looked at ASAP. May not necessarily need to go to the ER, but an urgent visit to your primary care tomorrow or at least Within the week seems to be in order. Timing based on severity of pain. Hope this helps!
