D/w your oncologist: Treatment will depend on the severity of the disease. There are multiple options from topical treatment-including puva, radiation therapy to systemic therapy- like chemotherapy, biological agent like antibody, ontak, hdac inhibitor , anti folate (folic acid) etc. See in detail at the www.Lls.Org and discuss in detail with your oncologist what is /are the best options for you.

Dermatologist is key: Since Mycosis Fungoides is a low grade malignancy of T cells arising in skin and may go to other organs, the treatment is tailored to your stage, type of M; whether it has spread to organs or not, and whether it has progressed from an indolent to an aggressive form. So, in short, for your sake and your benefit, your question is best answered by your dermatologist in concert with your oncologist.
