Hi we think our daughter has leishmaniasis. we noticed some spots on her face 3 days ago. we were in paraguay 2 months ago. do we need 2 c a doc asap?

Yes: Yes , to evaluate the red spots but it sounds like the red spots are most likely not leishmaniasis. Typically , leishmaniasis starts from a bite and becomes a persistent red or ulcerated bump at the site of the bite.
