Usually baby acne: Timing and location suggest baby acne.A simple process about half of babies will have, peaks at 2 mo and usually fades without treatment at 3m. While pregnant, baby floated in moist conditions like face cream and the placenta removed maternal hormones.Deliver/clamp the cord and baby must deal with left over hormones and dry air. This is likely a normal process, check with doc if you wish.
