my 1 month old daughter has red spots on her face and neck. is it normal? should we be concerned?

New born rash: New born babies develop different types of Rashs which are usually normal and may take up to 2 moths to completely disappear. It's hard sometimes to diagnose rashs without examining the baby so the best thing is to bring in to be seen
