Maybe: Untreated sleep apnea may be preventing you from getting into the stage of sleep where you dream which means you are not getting a good nights sleep. A change needs to be made in your treatment or you need to start treatment. With moderate sleep apnea the first line of treatment is with an oral appliance unless enlarged tonsils or adenoids are responsible. A breathing machine is the next choice.
