Go see you doctor: Sleep disorders need to be evaluated. A thorough history is needed and perhaps a sleep study. Do you have daytime sleepiness? Does your partner ever see you stop breathing when you sleep? Do you have trouble losing weight? Do you snore? Problems with concentration? Memory? Your doctor can piece it together and order the needed testing. Good luck.

Maybe: You should see your physician or a sleep specialist for an evaluation. Sleep apnea treatment depends upon the severity of the sleep apnea. It can cause death and you should not be treated on your own.
