See below.: Seems you have a complicated problem with some decreased squeeze function of the left side of your heart, some fluid in the sac surrounding your heart and a large right side of your heart. These results are not clearly related although they may be. I would suggest discussing with your ordering physician. Surgery might be considered if the effusion is large, progressive or causing dysfunction.
