Graft: Bone graft usually works but you may add a bone stimulator for extra help.

Bone stimulation: Before you consider bone grafting, consider bone healing with electro-bone growth stimulation (pemf) or ultrasound bone stimulation. This is an accepted, conservative treatment for delay and non-unions of bone.
