Maybe: Minimal sinus surgery can be accompanied by an aesthetic rhinoplasty. They require two different areas of expertise. Make sure find a surgeon who is excellent at both rhinoplasty and sinus surgery.

Yes: Find a rhinoplasty surgeon who also does sinus surgery. I published a paper in the medical literature a couple years ago that showed there are no higher risks when the two are done together.

Rhinoplasty/FESS: It is not unheard of to have the procedures together. Be sure to have your nose evaluated by a board certified facial plastic surgeon with expertise in rhinoplasty and rhinology.
