However, the lice don't live on the hair they live off your blood & feed daily at the scalp. Treat the hair with a good lice med and rinse it with a strong vinegar.This can kill living bugs and loosen the eggs.Then comb the eggs out with a fine nit comb. Daily rinse and comb helps.
