Have you thought IBS: There are several things that are in that area. They are your pancreas, your spleen, and part of your colon. You don't say if you have had stomach issues, or problems with alcohol. You may need to see a live doctor for labs and a physical examination to be sure all the other systems are well but that is a very common spot for people with irritable bowel syndrome to complain about pain.
