Multiple possibility: Is the blood bright red? Have you had a history of stomach problems in the past? Do you have family members with stomach problems? Given the symptoms you describe, I encourage you to get a physical exam, as the blood, pain and reflux at your age could mean a chronic abdominal disease that needs to monitored, or something more worrisome.
