Pancreatitis ? : The pain after applying pressure sounds like rebound tenderness, and is a potentially serious GI problem that could need medical attention immediately. Take yourself to an urgent care center or ER and have a proper physical exam to evaluate these complaints. This should help decide how serious this condition could be. Your presentation sounds like pancreatitis, but I'm limited in virtual world...
