Contact your doctor: The doctor who is overseeing your care at the assisted living center can arrange for pt and ot. Contact your doctor now so that you don't regress further. Also, contact your care manager at the al facility as they can help expedite the physician's order.

Begin PT again: You were shown proper exercises that you should have continued on your own and apparently haven't. Go back to pt and begin again.
