Needs to be followed: It is common for adrenal glands to form nodules, and these are often discovered incidentally (eg. Ct scan done for some other reason). Usually these are benign and nothing to worry about. Concern arises if the adrenals are making too much hormone (eg. Cortisol, adrenaline) or if the nodule is big, or if it is growing. An internal medicine doc or endocrinologist can help you with this.
