I too was told i have a thickening of my left adrenal gland as well as nodules in my lungs and lesions on my kidneys. should i be concerned?

Lesions in lung: YES! But need much more information. BP/ Where do you live? Histoplasmosis country? Blood in your urine? How old are you? Why was the scan done? Any known cancer? Happy to consult as I specialize in adrenal problems. Be worried!!!
