No cure but can help: There is no cure for kp, but there are things that can help. Use only a mild non-drying soap like dove and minimize even this in the areas. Do not use an abrasive or loufa on the areas. Use a moisturizer with Lactic Acid like lacticare lotion regularly. If these do not help enough, see a dermatologist for other possible treatment.
