Keratosis pilaris: You can use a good exfoliator several times a week long term, or else see dermatologist for a longer lasting derm-abrasion procedure. Dermatologist may have other suggestions as well.

Keratosis pilaris: keratosis pilaris is a benign but pesty skin disease that can be treated in various ways. Sometimes, no treatment at all will work as the rash will disappear on its own. Moisturizer like eucerin or lubriderm applied daily can work. I personally prescribe lactic acid lotions which works nicely
