Eat less, Exercise : Upper and lower body fat are reduced when you do aerobic exercise--i.e. Burn calories like walking, jogging, treatmill etc (not lifting weights) and reducing your calories below what you need. Take you weight, multiple by 10, thats the calories, more or less to stay the same, subtract 500 calories a day and you will lose 1 lb. Per week, subtract 1000 and you lose 2 lb. Per week.
