Excessive sweat: It is an inherited condition but easy to treat. Excessive sweat can be treated with Botox injections. These are very tiny injections and not usually uncomfortable. The treatment should last at least 6 months and is often covered by insurance. Alternatively, one can use clinical strength antiperspirant available off the shelf. The secret is to apply it at night before bed.
