Dont pick on it: First of all you should stop the habit of sqeezing the pimples if there is a hole you have to leave it alone and eventually depending on the size of the hole it will leave a scar which may be permanent follow up with your doctor or dermatologist to treat underlying acne properly to prevent scar formations.
