Hard to know: Visualization/education may help. Understand that when you do, any germs within the pimple can be forced into other layers of nearby skin where they can spread/infect & create a permanent pit/scar. If left alone, scarring is rare. What you choose to do will determine how your skin looks in the future. You will have to live with your choice.
