Glass in wound: You scare me. Just flush the wound with copious amounts of clean water. Disinfectants on wounds (hydrogen peroxide, for example) kill the good cells along with any helpful things that they may do. Now for the glass: are you really able to going to tackle this yourself? How about seeing someone in the local wound center or your clinician?
