Acid: To lower stomach acid, remove high fat meals and large meals, . Small frequent meals are better, especially carbohydrates empty faster than high fat meals. Casein milk empties slower than whey milk. Try drinking whey milk to reduce stomach acid. There are also over the counter antacids such as maalox, mylanta, and peptobismol to neutralize stomach acid. See a physician if symptoms persist.
