?Helping: The important question is are the nsaids helping? If they are, you have to balance the risk of complications like GI irritation or ulcers, possible bleeding, BP problems and kidney damage with your benefits. Opioids(narcotics) can help but carry their own issues like constipation, drowsiness, endocrine dysfunction and possible addiction. Get evaluated for other treatment like, pt, trigger points.
