Best ask MD making: this rec,; will vary with physician & individual. NSAIDs actually little effect "inflammatory" response of brain-body controls; mostly just pain pills with varying effect, person to person. All NSAIDS, except for aspirin, tend to promote clotting, thus ↑ cardiovascular event rates which occur due to ruptures of endothelial lining over atherosclerotic plaque → clots which block/close arteries.
