Yes: Novoprofen is plain ibuprofen, same thing that is in Motrin and many other brands. Depends on what you mean by "stronger" to some extent. If you had inflammation, like a sprained ankle, Ibuprofen is likely to reduce that inflammation over time far more than tylenol (acetaminophen) and oxycodone. However, the oxycodone will have more effects on immediately reducing pain than Ibuprofen does. Also has more risks.
