DEPENDS: It literally depends on the strength of the dose. It's like asking what weighs more - a pound of bricks or a pound of feathers? There are dosages of the oxycodone and hydrocodone that are relatively equal (supposedly) in potency or pain relieving strength. But medications (and dosages) can affect everyone differently.
