Yes: Start with an anti-inflammatory diet, then add anti-inflammatory foods such as turmeric (the yellow in curry), or curry, ginger, rosemary, (organic) apple skins, onions and get rid of pro-inflammatory foods, especially refined ones like sugar and flour. A supplement called same (800-1600 mg/day) plus b complex works as well as celebrex, (celecoxib) not right away, but after 2 months. Dont take if bipolar.
