The medication in this tablet has a good safety profile and likely would produce drowsiness at that dose. I would contact a poison control center in your country for guidance or go to an emergency room. In general terms if this medication is not helping at the recommended dose taking extra will not make it effective. If this is a suicide gesture it is unlikely to get anyone's attention.
