NSAIDs: Anti-inflammatory medications are still about the best treatment available. Exercise and weight control are very important as well. If the arthritis is in your spine, chiropractic care will help with the pain. Pool / water exercise is excellent as well. Finally, some pharmacies compound nice creams for arthritis pain that are helpful.
