Can any doc tell me what's the best remedy for arthritis?

NSAIDs: Anti-inflammatory medications are still about the best treatment available. Exercise and weight control are very important as well. If the arthritis is in your spine, chiropractic care will help with the pain. Pool / water exercise is excellent as well. Finally, some pharmacies compound nice creams for arthritis pain that are helpful.

No single answer: With over a hundred forms of arthritis, the answer as to best treatment ranges from antibiotics to immunosuppressive medications to yoga and everything in between. Some forms of arthritis are curable, others are not. A precise diagnosis is required.
