Many things: The list is endless, although skin tags are probably at the top. Another possibility near the top of the list is warts so you may want to get checked.

Fleshy Flags: These are likely skin tags versus warts. It is possible to contract a viral infection that causes warts, known as human papilloma virus (hpv), particularly if you engage in anogenital activities. Anal skin tags are also very common and typically completely harmless unless they are large. If irritated they can be removed. Anal warts should be monitored in the office especially if bleeding.
