How long will it take to heal my concussion, it has been 19days from my accident & still i feel dizzy.

Post-Concussive: Syndrome begins within 10 days of concussion, minor head injury, & lasts a few weeks -a year. Persistence of dizziness, headache, & mild impairment of memory & cognition are related to the patient's physiological & psychological "make-up", not the severity of the injury. Avoid "screen time" & reading for now. If symptoms impact your daily functioning, see a neurologist for evaluation & treatment.
