No: It depends on what bad is? Any antipsychotic "by law" must be told that you might have side effects... Might never means that you will have them. Do not panic with side effects. Why do we mention it? Bec. We have to.. Your doctor can always check you for those side effects such as incr. Cholesterol and sugar weight etc. I would not give too much weight to side effects if regularly checked..
