It depends: A lot of times this is a trial and error thing with each person -- but many might start with Abilify (aripiprazole) these days. There are many other reasonable choices which could be selected based on specific side effect profile for a specific patient. Not everyone responds well to all medications, so i can't make a blanket statement for all.
