Inflammation : Chest pain can be from inflamation of the lining of the lungs (pleurisy) caused by infection (pneumonia, etc) and other conditions. Pain may also originate fro the joints between the breast-bone and ribs. On occasion, right sided chest pain is due to heart artery blockages. See a doctor soon.
