Many causes: Right sided chest pain can be associated with cardiac disease. Gastroesophageal reflux is probably the most common cause of chest pain.Esophagitis is result of reflux and some patients experience pain with swallowing. Other characteristics of pain including location, type, severity and duration enter into equation. Musculoskeletal pain possible, consult physician for proper diagnosis and therapy.
