I've been having intermittent stabbing pains in chest on the left side for 3 days now. pain is not strong, and i can do everything as usual. i have no other symptoms, and pain appears during the day, not at nights. what could be the cause? heart?

Could be. I would go to uptodate.com and read all about causes of chest pain. Then keep a diary and share with your drs. Angina is chest pain that comes on with exercise
And stops soon after stopping exercise. At your age usually due to rusty arteries in heart due to genes, blood pressure and diet.
