Infection: There's no solid study that i know of demonstrating higher rate of infection, but theoretically there might be a higher abundance of bacteria that you would think would make it riskier for possible infection.

Yes: The stye is separate from the eye and unless the stye is disgorging pus, you can safely wear the lenses. Hopefully you are applying regular heat to the eye to help get rid of the stye.
