Different medication: Can have variable success in different patients. Talk with the prescribing doc and decide if you have been on long enough to see benefit, and if the therapy should be changed or a second intervention would be of help.

Also: Find a psychologist or therapist that you trust and can talk openly with her or him about all of your feelings to work through them. That helps.
