Could be: Laryngopharyngeal reflux manifests as a sensation of a ball in your throat, a need to clear your throat and can be associated with gastroesophageal reflux. It can also produce hoarseness. I can't comment on the fatigue and chronic pain. Have an ENT perform a fiberoptic nasopharyngoscopy to confirm the diagnosis.

How common is LPR without coughing at all? Studies often split into GERD with/without cough or they use acid to study cough reflex. No cough = no LPR?
Tend to lay down after I eat. An hour or less after. And snack in bed. May have acid reflux symptoms, not GERD, but lpr version. Throat, phlegm. Even sinus issues and cough. Could this be the reason?
I have a weakly positive ANA and positive rnp. I also have fatigue, joint pain and swelling, dry cough and GERD symptoms. No raynaud's, though. ?
